The second pillar concentrates on the realisation of global cross-border M&A transactions with ONEtoONE Corporate Finance (www.onetoonecf.com). I help SMEs sell their company and buy companies at the best value possible on a worldwide basis.

I am extremely excited about helping small and medium-sized businesses to grow by telling compelling stories, positioning themselves well in the market, and converting leads into clients and raving fans. I love complex challenges that cover all disciplines a business has to offer from finance to strategy, from marketing to operations, from HR to IT.

At the beginning of 2014, I decided to turn this excitement into a career as an entrepreneur. I have now built the business with 5 clients in Business Coaching and 5 M&A mandates generating a yearly revenue way beyond the famous 6-digit figure threshold.

I constantly reach out to Small to Medium sized high-tech business owners who want to make a difference in the world with the delivery of outstanding measurable value to make the world a better place.

Outside of work I enjoy football (supporter of Borussia Mönchengladbach; 2015/16 Champions League team for the first time after almost 40 years), skiing, jogging, reading business books, cycling, and culinary activities.
